EIMCO Water Technologies Acquires Copa UK and Copa Australia.

Copa has joined EIMCO Water Technologies, GL&V’s Water Treatment Group.

As part of the Enviroquip acquisition earlier this year, GL&V acquired the exclusive licence to market the Kubota membrane bio reactor (MBR) in the US municipal wastewater market.
Richard Verreault, President and Chief Operating Officer of GL&V, indicated that in addition to a significant source of revenue growth and qualified personnel, the acquisition of Copa “strengthens our relationship with Kubota” with GL&V now having exclusive rights to Kubota MBR technology across the municipal wastewater markets in the US, Canada, UK and Eire, together with non-exclusive rights in India.
GL&V is present in 40 countries on six continents and has approximately 2,000 employees.
